Howazt Feedback Manager – Data Deletion Policy

1. Overview

Howazt Feedback Manager provides users with full control over their data. Users may request deletion of their data at any time, and we ensure permanent removal of all associated information in a secure and timely manner.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their data using any of the following methods:

a) Via Platform Settings

  • Remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram account:
    • Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites
    • Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites

b) Via Email Request

  • Send a request to: contact@digikingsp.com
  • Include:
    • Your account details
    • Platform name (Facebook / Instagram / YouTube)

c) Via Data Deletion Callback URL

3. What Data is Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we permanently delete:

  • Account identifiers (Facebook Page ID, Instagram Account ID, YouTube Channel ID)
  • Access tokens and authentication credentials
  • Published media and related metadata
  • Feedback records and associated data
  • Any platform-linked records stored in our system

4. Deletion Timeline

  • All deletion requests are processed immediately
  • Data is permanently deleted using hard delete (no recovery possible)
  • No personal or identifiable data is retained after deletion

5. Automatic Deletion on Disconnection

If you disconnect your account from Howazt:

  • Account status is set to INACTIVE
  • All associated data is immediately and permanently deleted
  • No residual personal data is stored

6. Exceptions

We may retain limited data in the following cases:

  • Anonymized / Aggregated Data
    • Used for analytics and service improvement
    • Cannot identify any individual user
  • Security Logs
    • Retained temporarily for legal or security compliance
    • Do not contain personal or identifiable data

7. Confirmation of Deletion

Once a deletion request is processed:

  • A confirmation may be provided via email or API response
  • A confirmation code may be generated for tracking purposes
